What determines the price
Curtains are quoted per panel, adjusted for size and complexity.

- Take-down and rehanging labour where required
On-site cleaning
On-site cleaning treats curtains while they hang, using low-moisture methods that avoid the shrinkage risk associated with immersing lined fabric. Curtains stay in place, there is no rehanging cost and the room stays usable.
It suits general dust and light soiling. Heavily contaminated fabric may need to come down.
Why lining creates shrinkage risk
A lined curtain is at least two fabrics stitched together, often with different fibre content. If they shrink at different rates during wet cleaning, the panel puckers and hangs badly, and that is not reversible by pressing.
This is why professional curtain work is method-led rather than simply washing panels, and why a cleaner will test before deciding.
