Working while the site stays open

Members do not accept a closed floor, and drying fans in a corridor are both a nuisance and a hazard. Dry extraction removes the problem, because the carpet is walkable as soon as the section is finished and there is no wet floor sign to put out.

Site access shapes the plan as well. Parking is tight across the centre and permit controlled in much of Chalvey, so loading is planned before arrival.
